What does a File Check do?

The File Check feature will check to see if any uploaded forms have issues.

There are currently three different file checks that it will run:

Check 1

Unsupported file extensions types within a Zip file. Including but not limited to: <.doc>, <.xls>, <.ppt>

The error message you will see: Unsupported file types included in the zip file.

Check 2

File Validation Test to Check For: Invalid or encrypted Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zip files. Note: Invalid Zip file means Corrupted file.

Error Message: Invalid file format - may be encrypted

Check 3

File Validation Test to Check For: Word documents with unaccepted changes OR Word documents with Track changes enabled

Error Message: Word document with track changes enabled or unaccepted
