# Identify Findings and Remediate Deficiencies

### Adding Findings

### Interacting with Findings

3. You can go to the source form where the finding exists by clicking the link under 'Original Source Content'.

4. To best see the whole line, you can expand the table by clicking the expand button. ### Conclusion
