[Release Notes](https://crm.streamworkstech.com/en/engagements/release-notes?hsLang=en) # Release 1.2 ## This Release was on Friday the 24th of July 2026 ### Trial Balance Upload and Mapping •Streamworks Tech standard mapping has been expanded to include a full five-level hierarchy: Class → Subclass → Financial Statement Line → Note Line → Account. •The Streamworks Tech standard mapping template is now available in Firm Libraries, where firms can customize it to meet their needs and reuse it across engagements. •Uploaded data can now be previewed during the upload process before proceeding •In addition to auto-mapping, users can now upload their own custom mapping or reuse a mapping from a previous engagement. •Users can now assign GIFI codes during trial balance upload, rather than only after the upload is completed. •The trial balance table now supports up to five periods of data, such as one current period and four prior periods. •Net Income is now always displayed at the bottom of the trial balance table. ### Trial Balance Entries •Users can now view the latest account balance when creating entries and in the entry summary view. •Newly created entries are now approved by default, while still allowing users to change the status if needed. •Warning messages now display the exact mismatch amount. TB Common Tool: Inserting Trial Balance Accounts •When using the Trial Balance Common Tool to insert trial balance accounts into reports, documents, or notes, users can now update the account description for that specific instance. •Custom descriptions apply only to the selected instance and do not affect how the same account is described elsewhere. •Multiple custom descriptions are supported for the same account. •Regardless of which description is shown, the system will always display the correct account balance for that account. ### Financial Statements •Users can now configure the Income Statement and Retained Earnings to appear on two separate pages. •Users can now configure the report title and period-ended date in the header for each report. •Minor layout improvements have been made to PDF reports. Sign-off •Users can now sign off one or multiple working papers directly from the Documents tab. Print •Firm admins can now configure which working papers are included in the default printing package in Firm Libraries. •Users can print all working papers included in the default printing package in a single action. •Users can further configure which working papers to include in the final printing package each time a print job is triggered. •Both Project (draft) and Final versions of the printing package are now supported. ### Firm Profile •Firm admins can now document partner information in the Firm Profile.
