How do I subscribe to Streamworks Tech Engagement Application?

User Flow 

Allows easy Plan selection, purchase, firm setup, and first-time login into the compilation app. 

  1. The CPA firm can navigate to streamworkstech.com or CRM Tool and evaluate the available plans.
  2. The firm can select and purchase a plan that best suits its needs, with the purchase process redirecting to Billing Portal for transaction finalization.
  3. Upon transaction completion, a webhook from Billing Portal is automatically triggered, indicating the purchase and subscription data. Billing Portal will also trigger webhooks if updates are made to existing users (CPA firms), say if the user (CPA firms) purchases an additional plan.
  4. Billing Portal will communicate the purchase information and subscription status to the standalone compilation app without manual intervention.
  5. Once the compilation app acknowledges the subscription status, it triggers the activation process, and a personalized welcome email is dispatched to the customer.
  6. The customer receives a welcome email complete with clear instructions and a prompt to create their account.
  7. Upon clicking the "Create Account" button in the email, the customer is presented with an intuitive interface to create their account, including accepting the necessary terms and conditions.
  8. Post-account creation, there is automatic redirection to the applications firm profile screen for the firm's information input. The application will send this info to CRM Tool upon saving.
  9. Through the application, the firm can effortlessly add employee information in the Firm team management section, with fields capturing essential data. The application will send this info to CRM Tool upon saving.
  10. The firm can similarly onboard its clients via the application on the client's screen. The application will send this info to CRM Tool upon saving.
  11. Any new users that were added to the application will receive welcome emails corresponding to them, and an option to perform an initial login and account creation per user.
