How do I add a Tickmark?
Users should be able to add Tickmark in the Working papers, Trial Balance, and Journal Entries to indicate the status of that item as a quick reference for all users.

- For each step in the engagement process (Workpaper), there will be a (+) icon to add Review Notes, Attachments, Cross-reference, and Tickmarks. All the Tickmarks associated with a particular step should be grouped under it. An icon will only show if there is a count under it i.e. if there is no Tickmark for a step the icon will not show against that step.
- User must be able to view a (+) icon at the extreme Right end of the step and clicking on the (+) Icon will show the following options - Add Review Note, Add Attachment, Add Cross Reference, Add Tickmark. Clicking on Add Tickmark will open the modal on the right allowing user to Add a Tickmark for that step. User can also right click within a particular step to see the Add Review Note, Add Attachment, Add Cross Reference, Add Tickmark options and by clicking on Add Tickmark, users are able to add a Tickmark for that step.
- Step Header Title with Step number must be shown in the Drawer when user clicks on Tickmark option on a particular step.
- User should be able to Click on Step header and change to different step and must be able to view Tickmark of that step.
- User should be able to select all from Step header Tray and view all the Tickmarks in that working paper, Trial Balance screen.
- User Should be able to Right click on the Step of a Working Paper and clicks on Add Tickmark option and a drawer must open on the right-side where user can select the Predefined Tickmarks from dropdown and should be able to click on Add New Tickmark button to add Tickmark for the step in Working paper or row on trial balance. Below this Add Tickmark dialog should be listed with all existing Tickmarks for that step.


8. User should be able to add custom Tickmarks by clicking on "+ New Tickmark" from dropdown and garbage bin icon button to remove custom Tickmarks added. Users can click on the pencil icon to edit a custom Tickmark added. Once edited the change will reflect in all places the Tickmark was used.
9. Custom Tickmark field can be any symbol or alphanumeric on the Tickmark and Name columns. Tickmark column will accept 3 characters and show TM1, TM2 etc. by default when user clicks on add custom and user can edit this field, while Name will accept 20 characters.

10. Any Tickmark that has been created by a user in the Engagement should be available throughout the engagement for all other users.
11. Garbage bin icon button must be available to cancel the Add New Tickmark process.
12. "Right click on the main screen to add a new Tickmark" information must be shown.
13. Once the Tickmark is added it is shown in drawer with the person who added Tickmark and the Step header of the Step the Tickmark has been added with the Time and Date stamp and the Tickmark selected.
14. Ellipses must be shown in added Tickmark where user can click on Ellipses and edit the Tickmark.
15. Clicking on Pencil symbol to edit Tickmark on the ellipses should let the user change the Tickmark. This will be available to users when the Tickmark is added.
16. Ellipses should also have X symbol to delete the Tickmark. When clicked, a warning message pops up with "Are you sure you want to delete?" with option to "Cancel" or "Delete" the added Tickmark. This will be available to users when the Tickmark is added. When it is deleted, the user will get a message that says “Tickmark deleted successfully”.
