How do I add a Review note?
Users will have the ability to add, edit, reply, delete a review note to enable communication within the team and to ensure the document is correctly updated.

Ability to add a review note
- For each step in the engagement process (Workpaper), on the right side there will be icons for Review Notes, Files, Cross-Reference and Tickmark with a 'Plus/Add' icon at the end. Each icon will show the count of items grouped under the step/row against which it appears i.e. the Review note icon will be highlighted and show the count of Review Notes grouped under that step and if there are no review notes for that step the icon will be greyed out. All the review notes associated with a particular step should be grouped under it.
- User must be able to view a (+) icon at the extreme Right end of the step and clicking on the (+) Icon will show the following options - Add Review Note, Add File, Add Cross mark, Add Tickmark. Clicking on Add review Note will open the modal on the right allowing user to Add a review note for that step. User can also right click within a particular step to see the Add Review Note, Add File, Add Cross mark, Add Tickmark options and click on Add Review note to add a review note for that particular step.
- Step Header Title with Step number will be shown in the Review Note Drawer when user clicks on Review Note Icon on a particular step.

4. Previously added Review notes for that step will be listed in Drawer. On top of this will be a text area to add in the review comments, provided along with the Add New Button.
5. User should be able to Assign the Created Review Note to a Team Member assigned to that Engagement. User should be able to select the High Priority Check box to mark the Review Note as High Priority.
6. Cancel Button must be present to cancel the Adding Review Note Process.
7. A newly created Review Note will have the Status 'Open'.
Ability to add review note to a specific highlighted text/paragraph
- User should be able to Highlight Text from any step and right click where a menu will open with Add Review Note option and when clicked, Review Note Drawer should open with the Step Header Title and Step Number where user can add the Review note.

2. The Step title/Account Description will be a dropdown from where user can navigate to another step to view the review notes for that step. There will also be an All option on this dropdown which will show all the review notes added for the workpaper grouped and in order of the steps in the workpaper.
3. Filter Option must be present in Review Note Drawer where user can filter by Below Option - Open, Resolved, Closed, High Priority, Unread, Assigned to me.
4. Review Notes under a particular step will be sorted based on below option
⦁ Date and Time - Review Notes will be sorted by the Recent one's.
5. Text within a Step must be highlighted when user clicks on a Review note which was created using Highlight functionality.
6. The Review Notes panel will show the count of the Review notes specific to the selected step or of All Review notes.
7. Review Notes Functionality must be present in all Working Papers on each step of the workpapers and in Trial balance on each row of the Trial balance screen.
8. User should be able to add the Review Notes specific to the row/step or specific to any text within the row/step.
9. The Review Note icon should be greyed out when there are no review notes available and will not be clickable. When a review note exists and has already been viewed, the icon must be in a contrast color. On the other hand, when a new review note has been created and not read, the icon must be blue. The count of review notes will also be shown on the icon specific to that row/step. When the user clicks on this icon the right drawer will open showing the review notes available for that particular step.
10. 'Read more' must be shown when Content of Review note exceeds more than 2 lines. When clicked on 'Read more' Review Note card should extend and display whole content.
11. Dialog with the Text "Right-click any section (or highlight a piece of text and then right-click) on the left side of the screen to add a Review Note, Attachment, Cross-Reference or Tickmark, or use the + button on the right side of the screen." and a screen shot of that screen user was in must open guiding user on how to add Review Notes, Files ,Cross Reference and Tickmarks.

12. This Guiding dialog will be shown in the screens (Trial balance and Workpapers) where Review Notes, Files, Cross-reference, Tickmark functionality exists until user selects 'Don't show this again' checkbox and clicks on Okay.
Ability to edit, reply, delete a review note
- Each individual review note should show the author's name, an info icon which shows the Type of User and Role next to the author's name, and to the right of it, the date (MM/DD/YY), time (HH:MM), and ellipses. Below is the content of the review note. The Date and time will show the review note creation date and time.
- Below the review note content, the status of the review note should be shown, with a dropdown menu to edit the status to the following options: Open, Resolved, Closed.
- To the Bottom right of the review note status, there should be an indicator showing if the review note is marked as high priority.
- Just below the review note status, there should be a button that says "Reply". Clicking it should display a text box allowing the user to enter their reply to the Review note. Below the reply text box, there should be a "Cancel" and a "Reply" button.
- Once a reply is made, it should be noted with a prompt i.e. a new button should appear next to the existing reply button, indicating the number of replies, e.g., "X Replies", where X is the number of replies there are. Clicking on the same should allow user to view the replies. Clicking on 'X Replies' again will hide the replies being shown and take it back to the original state. Please ensure if there is 1 Reply it shows Reply i/o Replies.
- Clicking the ellipses next to each review note should provide the options to Edit and Delete to the author.
- A message has been Deleted Information must be shown when User deletes his message and replies to that message must be retained.
- Maximum of 10 Replies can be given to a Review Note and Total Number of Reply count must be shown in a Review note.
