How do I add a file/attachment?
Users will have the ability to add a new File/Attachment on the Trial Balance and Workpapers so as to ensure all supporting documents are available for review.

- For each step in the engagement process (Workpaper), on the right side there will be icons for Review Notes, Files, Cross-Reference and Tickmark with a 'Plus/Add' icon at the end. Each icon will show the count of items grouped under the step/row against which it appears i.e. the Files icon will be highlighted and show the count of Files grouped under that step and if there are no Files for that step the icon will be greyed out. All the Files associated with a particular step should be grouped under it.
- User must be able to view a (+) icon at the extreme Right end of the step and clicking on the (+) Icon will show the following options - Add Review Note, Add File, Add Cross mark, Add Tickmark. Clicking on Add File will open the modal on the right allowing user to Add a File for that step. User can also right click within a particular step to see the Add Review Note, Add File, Add Cross mark, Add Tickmark options and click on Add File to add a File for that step/row.
- Step Header Title with Step number must be shown in the File Drawer when user clicks on File Icon/Add File option on a particular step. The account description will be shown in the dropdown for the trial balance screen. There will also be an All option allowing user to see all files in the order of the steps.
- Previously added Files for that step must be listed in Drawer. On top of this will be an area to drag and drop or add a file.

5. Cancel Button must be present to cancel the Adding file Process.
6. There will be 3 tabs in order to select the source of the attachement, either "Your Files", "Client Files", and "File Library", and the last two will show a list of files to select from rather than a drag and drop area.
7. Application will allow upload of Word, Excel and PDF documents. An error message will be shown if user tries to upload another document type saying, 'Please upload documents in PDF, Excel or Word format only.'
8. Files under a particular step will be sorted based on options below.

9. The Files panel will show the count of the Files specific to the selected step or of All Files as applicable.
10. Files Functionality must be present in all Working Papers on each step of the workpapers and in Trial balance on each row of the Trial balance screen.
11. The File icon should be greyed out when there are no files available and will not be clickable. When a file exists and has already been viewed, the icon must be in a contrast color. On the other hand, when a new file has been uploaded and not read, the icon must be blue. The count of files will also be shown on the icon specific to that row/step. When the user clicks on this icon the right drawer will open showing the files available for that particular step.
12. Each individual file should show the uploaded user's name, an info icon which shows the Type of User and Role next to the author's name, and to the right of it, the date (MM/DD/YY), time (HH:MM) of upload, and ellipses. Below that should be the name of the file. The Date and time will show the file upload date and time.
13. Clicking the ellipses next to each file should provide the option to Delete and Rename to the user who uploaded the file. On clicking delete user will get a confirmation message 'Are you sure you want to delete?' and the file will get deleted on confirmation by user. On clicking Rename the file name field will become editable with a Save and Cancel button and the edited filename will be saved once user clicks on Save. All users will have the option to download and preview the file in the ellipses.
14. Maximum of 10 files can be added to each step or row.
